The space

This 28m² studio, perfect for 4 guests, is cleverly laid out as a single open space. The living area features two comfortable sofa beds (140 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, and convenient storage. The south-east facing balcony offers a beautiful view of the slopes and plenty of morning sunshine—ideal for enjoying a coffee while admiring the scenery.

The bathroom has a new shower, and the apartment also includes a washing machine (located outside the bathroom). A curtain is available to separate the sleeping area and provide more privacy.

For a cosy mountain dinner after a day on the slopes, we can provide a raclette or fondue set upon request.

Guest access

Guests have full access to the studio, as well as a ski locker to store equipment. Check-in is self-guided thanks to a secure key box. Parking is available on the street or in nearby car parks.

The apartment is perfectly located for skiers: it offers direct access to the slopes, with the Perdrix piste just a few meters away. The ESF ski school and ski lifts are easily accessible on foot or skis.

Wi-Fi is available and shared throughout the residence.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for resting after a day of skiing. The residence is located right next to the Chalet mid-station chairlift, which is free and provides easy access to the slopes.

Getting around

You can arrive by car, bus, or taxi.

By bus: take the free Méribus line to Châtelet, then connect to another bus that drops you near the residence.

By car: parking spaces are available on the street and in nearby car parks.

Other things to note

Bed linen and towels are included with every booking. Cleaning is carried out by professionals to ensure a clean and welcoming space. In winter, the road leading to the residence is cleared of snow for easy access.
