Homes to book right now
Every home is visited several times a season by our team. The piste distances we quote are measured, not guessed.
Choose your village before your home
Between Les Allues at 1,100 m and Mottaret at 1,750 m, the gap in snow, atmosphere and price is considerable. It is the decision that shapes the whole stay.
What it actually changes
The price is the visible argument. What really matters over a week is having a team that knows the property and answers in person.
No service fees added at checkout, no middleman between you and us.
A lost key or a capricious boiler gets an answer within the hour, in person.
Welcome, keys, cleaning, firewood and hot tubs: our team lives in the valley all year round.
Plan everything without leaving the site
Our guides answer the questions people actually ask before booking, and during the stay.
Your property deserves better than an empty calendar
We manage apartments and chalets across the valley, from the valley. Marketing, welcome, cleaning, maintenance: you keep your personal weeks, we take care of the rest.
Apartment and chalet rentals in Méribel, booked direct
In the heart of the 3 Vallées, Méribel combines one of the largest ski areas in the world with the preserved soul of a Savoyard valley. Timber chalets, dark rooftops, spruce forests: the resort has grown without losing its character, and every neighbourhood keeps an atmosphere of its own. This is where our team welcomes you, in winter and in summer alike.
Our concierge service manages around thirty apartments and chalets across the villages of the valley, from Méribel Centre to Les Allues. Well-designed ski-in ski-out studios, recent apartments, family chalets with several bedrooms: every property is hand-picked, personally known to the team and looked after all year round, so that your Méribel rental delivers from the moment you open the door.
This page helps you plan your stay: understanding the neighbourhoods, choosing the right property, organising your arrival, then making the most of the ski area in winter and the gentler mountain in summer. And if a question remains, our team answers it directly, before and during your holiday.
An apartment for a ski weekend, a chalet for a family week or a long summer stay: you will find the same standard throughout — well-kept properties, accurate information and a team that replies. Enjoy the read, and see you in the valley.
A concierge team based in the valley, all year round
Behind every booking there is a team that lives here. We know each property, each residence, each access road. When you write to us, you are talking to someone who knows exactly where your apartment is and how a stay there actually unfolds.
In practice, that changes everything: a single point of contact from your first question to your departure, a welcome organised on site, and a team available 7 days a week during your stay. A question about equipment, a last-minute request, an unexpected hiccup: the answer comes from the valley, not from a call centre.
Linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included in our rentals, and beds are made before you arrive. You drop your bags, the rest is already done — that is what a concierge service is for: giving you back time for everything that actually is a holiday.
The welcome happens in person, in the valley. We guide you to the property, hand over the keys and take the time to answer your first questions: parking, equipment, where to shop. You start the stay with your bearings, not alone with a keypad code.
You can read that presence in our guests' reviews: our properties hold an average rating of 4.7 out of 5, built stay after stay. Reviews are published on every listing, because a well-run property has nothing to hide.
Booking direct: the best rate, with no middleman
Booking your holiday rental directly with our team means no platform commission: up to 20% difference on the price of the very same stay. The rate you see is our rate, with no hidden fees added at the final step of the booking.
Direct also means a different level of service. Before you book, tell us about your group, your dates and what matters to you: we will point you to the property that truly fits — and steer you away from one that does not. A platform compares listings; we know the homes.
The booking itself stays simple and secure: it is confirmed online through Smily, our booking software, which registers your stay and your payment. You get the direct rate without giving up any of the comfort of a modern online booking.
We have gathered the advantages, the guarantees and the most common questions on a dedicated page: find out why booking direct pays off in Méribel. You will see exactly what direct changes, from first contact to key return.
Apartments and chalets in every neighbourhood
Méribel is not a uniform resort: it is a valley, with villages staged along the mountainside, each with its own personality. Choosing the right neighbourhood matters as much as choosing the right property — it shapes your daily life: access to the slopes, shops, quiet, views.
Méribel Centre gathers shops, restaurants and the Chaudanne lifts: ideal if you want everything within walking distance. Méribel-Mottaret puts skiers closest to the slopes, with ski-in ski-out access for many residences. Le Laitelet and Le Châtelet offer a quieter, more residential slope-side setting.
Méribel Village charms with its hamlet feel and timber chalets, while Les Allues, the historic village of the valley, lives all year round. In between, neighbourhoods such as Morel or Mussillon combine closeness to the centre with the calm of a more secluded spot.
Every neighbourhood has its own page, with its properties, its strong points and its access: browse the villages of Méribel to see where residences sit in relation to the slopes, and find the one that matches the way you like to live the mountains.
If in doubt, think in priorities: skiing from the door, doing everything on foot, putting children to bed in the quiet, or living the atmosphere of a village. There is a neighbourhood for each answer — and we can settle it with you in a few messages.
From studio to large chalet: which rental to choose?
Our portfolio covers every format of stay. Studios sleep two to four people right by the slopes: compact, well laid out, perfect for a ski-focused break. Family apartments add bedrooms and living space for four to eight guests.
For big families and groups of friends, chalets and large apartments go up to around ten guests, with several bedrooms and proper shared living areas. That is the format for weeks of cooking together, where the day's stories are told around the table.
Every listing details what daily life in the property looks like: bedrooms and beds, kitchen equipment, washing machine, wifi, balcony or terrace, access to the slopes. The photos show the property as it is — and that is the one you will find.
Our advice: choose capacity and slope access first, style second. A well-located, well-sized home does more for a successful holiday than ten extra square metres in the wrong place.
Skiing the 3 Vallées from your doorstep
Staying in Méribel means skiing at the centre of the largest linked ski area in the world: 600 kilometres of runs across Courchevel, Méribel and Val Thorens. From the valley, the Chaudanne lifts open up the whole area, all the way to the Saulire ridges.
Between 1,450 metres in the valley and 2,700 metres up high, the area offers runs for every level: wide boulevards to build confidence, tree-lined runs for snowy days, long link-ups for skiers who count in kilometres. Many of our properties allow you to ski back to the door.
Beginners and children find easy-to-reach learning areas, while confident skiers head straight for the high-altitude sectors. At the end of the day, everyone comes home to the same place: the advantage of a valley set right at the centre of the ski area.
To plan your days, our practical guides track the weather over two weeks and at two altitudes — 1,450 metres in the valley, 2,700 metres up high — with expected snowfall day by day. The valley's seven webcams, lift passes and ski lessons complete the picture, one click away in the menu, so you never need to search elsewhere.
Summer in the valley: hiking, biking and Lake Tueda
Méribel does not fall asleep when the lifts close. In summer the valley becomes an open-air playground: hiking trails starting from the villages, mountain-bike routes, high pastures and forests around Lake Tueda, at the heart of the nature reserve, reached from Méribel-Mottaret.
It is another mountain altogether, softer and greener. Days start with crisp altitude air and end on a sunny terrace. Families, hikers, riders: everyone sets their own pace, from long panoramic loops to easy walks by the water.
Our properties can also be booked for the summer season, on the same terms: direct booking, linen and cleaning included, team on site. Many of our guests discover the valley in winter and come back to see it in green.
A stay prepared before you arrive
A ski holiday is often decided in the practical details: arrival time, equipment, lift passes, groceries. Our job is to deal with those before you set off, so that your first day is a holiday day, not a logistics day.
Lift passes booked ahead, lessons arranged with the resort's ski schools, equipment ready for collection: tell us what you need and we coordinate it. Once you are here, the team stays available for everyday requests, from a restaurant tip to an early-morning transfer.
For the journey itself, our guide to getting to Méribel by train, plane or car covers the routes and transfer options to the valley. Enough to pick the simplest option for your starting point and your schedule.
Owners in Méribel: property management from the valley
Our concierge service also works with owners across the valley. If your apartment or chalet sits empty part of the season, we look after it as if it were our own: marketing, guest welcome, cleaning and maintenance, handled from the valley.
You keep control of your personal weeks and of how your property is used: we take care of the rest, from the listing to the inventory. Around thirty properties already trust us, looked after by a team present 7 days a week.
To find out what your property could earn, a rental income estimate can be requested in a few clicks from this page, through the owners' section above. We come back to you with a considered answer, grounded in the reality of the valley.
Finding and booking your Méribel rental
All our availability is online: browse our apartments and chalets in Méribel, filter by neighbourhood, dates and number of guests, then compare properties with the map at hand. Every listing shows photos, amenities, a calendar and guest reviews, with nightly rates that vary by season and by property.
One simple tip: for school holidays and peak ski weeks, book early — the best-located properties go first. Outside the holiday weeks, the valley breathes and availability opens up widely.
Torn between two properties or two neighbourhoods? Write to us: we answer with the eye of valley locals, not with a sales pitch. Once your booking is confirmed, everything follows — arrival details, a prepared home, passes and equipment if you wish. All that is left is to watch the weather, and get your legs ready.
