Getting to Méribel

Moûtiers TGV station is 18 km away, with direct trains from Paris - and from London in winter with the snow Eurostar. Chambéry (1h30), Geneva and Lyon (around 2h15) airports serve the Tarentaise, with private or shared transfers to your door. By car, the A430 leads to Moûtiers, then the valley road climbs to the villages; winter equipment is mandatory from November to March. And from Brides-les-Bains, the Olympe gondola rises directly to La Chaudanne.

Getting around the valley

The free Méribus shuttles link every village and neighbourhood from morning to evening in season; the Olympe gondola connects Brides, Le Raffort and the centre; the Chalets gondola serves Mottaret's Laitelet hillside free of charge.
