The space

This 40m² duplex apartment is perfect for 4 guests. On the first level, you will find a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room opening onto a balcony with direct views of the slopes.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom for added comfort.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: glasses, wine glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots, a dishwasher, an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator. The living room, adjacent to the kitchen, includes a sofa, two armchairs, and a large TV for relaxing moments.

Thanks to its large windows, the apartment is very bright and airy.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire apartment as well as a ski locker for storing your equipment.

Arrival is made easy with a drop-off zone in the underground parking of the residence. Free parking is available 200 meters away.

The apartment is ideally located with direct access to the slopes and the Plattières, Pas du Lac, and Combes chairlifts. It is also conveniently located right across from the Piou-Piou kids' club and the ESF ski school — ideal for families. Shops are just steps away from the residence. Additionally, it is in immediate proximity to Lake Tueda, offering an exceptional natural setting for walks or outdoor activities.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for resting after a day on the slopes. The Pralin residence enjoys a prime location for skiing and mountain enthusiasts.

Getting around

In winter, the road leading to the residence is cleared of snow for easy access.

By bus: Take the free Méribus line to Châtelet.

By car: Free parking is available in the nearby parking areas.
