The space

This bright 61m² duplex apartment is perfect for families or groups of up to 8 people.

The main floor features a cozy living area with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishes, wine glasses, filter coffee maker, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and a large fridge), a generous dining table, a comfortable lounge with sofa and TV, a bathroom with shower, and a south-facing balcony offering stunning views of the Perdrix slope.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a third bedroom with two bunk beds sleeping four. A second bathroom with a bathtub is also located on this level. The apartment also has a second balcony, also facing south, with panoramic views over the slopes. With natural light throughout and a warm alpine atmosphere, it’s an ideal spot to enjoy the mountains in every season.

Guest access

The apartment is located in the Gébroulaz residence in the Hameau area of Méribel Mottaret. Guests have access to the entire apartment and a private ski locker.

Covered parking is included in the nearby Dandy residence, just a few steps from the building. The parking space is large enough for an SUV.

The apartment is right on the Perdrix slope, offering direct access to the lifts: Plattières, Combes, and Pas du Lac – perfect for exploring the entire Three Valleys ski area.

The ESF ski school is easily accessible on foot or skis, either at the Hameau area (right in the neighborhood) or at the base of Mottaret. Shops, rentals, a bakery, and restaurants are all located at the bottom of the residence.

The neighborhood

The apartment is nestled in the quiet and elevated Hameau area of Méribel Mottaret, offering both calm surroundings and direct access to the slopes.

The beautiful Tueda Lake is just a short walk away, perfect for scenic strolls or snowshoeing in winter. During summer, the area becomes a haven for hikers and mountain bikers, with numerous marked trails departing from the station.

Getting around

Access by road is maintained and cleared during the winter season. The free Méribus shuttle stops nearby at the "Hameau" stop. Covered parking is included with your stay, offering a hassle-free arrival by car.
