The space

This bright and welcoming 45m² apartment is perfect for families or friends, offering accommodation for up to 6 people.

It features a comfortable living space with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, coffee maker, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator), a dining area, and a cozy lounge with a sofa bed and TV. The large balcony offers beautiful mountain views and plenty of natural light.

Sleeping arrangements include a bedroom with bunk beds, a 140 cm double bed on the mezzanine level, and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate for added convenience.

Guest access

The apartment is located in a quiet residence in the Hameau area of Méribel Mottaret, with ski-in/ski-out access via the Perdrix slope just in front of the building.

A private ski locker is available on the ground floor of the residence. A covered parking space is also included, just a few steps from the entrance.

The nearest ski lifts (Combes, Pas du Lac, and Plattières) are just a short ski away, providing direct access to the vast Three Valleys ski area (600 km of slopes).

The ESF ski school is located only 200 meters away, within walking distance.

The neighborhood

The Hameau neighborhood in Méribel Mottaret is a peaceful and scenic area, ideal for ski lovers and nature enthusiasts. The location offers direct access to the slopes while being close to shops, restaurants, and all resort amenities.

In winter, enjoy the nearby Tueda Lake for snowshoe walks and winter hikes. In summer, the area becomes a hub for hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the stunning alpine landscapes.

Getting around

The residence is easily accessible by car, with well-maintained roads throughout the winter season. A free shuttle service (Méribus line) stops near the building. A private covered parking space is included in your stay.
