We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to ensure quality service for our guests and maintain the organization of our rentals, we apply the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival (D+30)
If the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, a 100% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival (D-30)
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued, and 100% of the total booking amount will be retained.
