This 40 m² duplex apartment sleeps up to 6 guests. On the first level, you will find a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room opening onto a balcony with direct views of the slopes.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. An alcove under the eaves offers an additional 140 cm double bed. The ceiling height there is low: the alcove is perfect for children, or for adults who don't mind ducking their heads.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: glasses, wine glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots, a dishwasher, an oven, a stovetop and a refrigerator. The living room, adjacent to the kitchen, has a sofa and a TV for relaxing moments.
You will have access to the entire apartment as well as a ski locker for storing your equipment.
Arrival is made easy with a drop-off zone in the underground car park of the residence. Free parking is available 200 metres away.
The apartment is ideally located with direct access to the slopes and the Plattières, Pas du Lac and Combes chairlifts. It is right across from the Piou-Piou kids' club and the ESF ski school, ideal for families. Shops are at the foot of the residence, and nearby Lake Tueda offers an exceptional natural setting for walks and outdoor activities.
The neighbourhood is quiet, perfect for resting after a day on the slopes. The Pralin residence enjoys a prime location for skiing and mountain lovers.
In winter, the road leading to the residence is cleared of snow for easy access.
By bus: take the free Méribus line to Châtelet.
By car: free parking is available in the nearby car parks.

Bed linen and towels are included with every booking. Cleaning is carried out by professionals to ensure a clean and pleasant space.
Please note that there is no washing machine in the apartment.

Before your arrival, you will receive a link from our partner EnsoConnect to choose between two options. Either a €1,000 security deposit: a temporary hold on your card, released 14 days after check-out if no damage is reported. Or a damage waiver for a one-time, non-refundable fee of €100 per stay, which replaces the deposit and covers accidental damage up to €400.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to ensure quality service for our guests and maintain the organization of our rentals, we apply the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival (D+30)
If the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, a 100% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival (D-30)
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued, and 100% of the total booking amount will be retained.
